Terms of Participation – Giveaway

By participating in the giveaway, the participant accepts the following terms.

1. The giveaway is organized by Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. The giveaway is in no way connected to, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is not available as a point of contact for contests or giveaways. Legal recourse is excluded. All information and data provided or collected through the use of the giveaway application or during the contest by participants will be made available solely to Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH and not to Instagram.
2. All persons aged 18 and over may participate. Employees of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH, as well as their relatives and business partners, are excluded. Participation in the giveaway takes place by following the respective social media page of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. Postal entries are excluded. We reserve the right to exclude participants who enter the giveaway using a fake profile. Entries submitted via giveaway services or through programs/scripts do not qualify for participation.
3. The prize consists of a Jolifin online shop voucher worth €200, selected at random.
4. Participation in our giveaway is independent of any order. Placing an order at the same time does not affect your chances of winning. Prizes will be raffled among all eligible giveaway participants in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Participants from other EU countries do not take part in the prize draw.
5. The entry deadline is July 18, 2026, 6:00 p.m.
6. The winner(s) will be determined by random drawing and subsequently notified via direct message. Only Jolifin's Instagram profile will contact the winners.
7. A customer number will be created for winners who have not previously been a customer of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within two days, Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to draw a replacement winner. In such a case, the original winner's claim to the prize is forfeited.
8. Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to change these terms of participation without prior notice.
9. Data protection regulations will be observed. No data will be passed on to third parties.
10. All participants accept these terms. Legal recourse and cash payout of prizes are excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
